During your first session, we’ll get to know each other and review what brought you to therapy. You’ll have an opportunity to discuss your concerns and goals, and I’ll explain my approach so we can build a plan together. This session sets the foundation for a safe, collaborative, and productive therapeutic relationship.

Private pay offers greater privacy and flexibility, as no diagnosis or treatment information is shared with insurance companies. This may be helpful for individuals or families with security clearances. Insurance plans may limit sessions or coverage, which can be avoided by paying out of pocket. For coverage questions, contact your insurance provider directly.

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full out-of-pocket session fee. Late cancellation and no-show fees cannot be billed to insurance.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will result in removal from the schedule. We reserve the right to waive fees at its discretion.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly
